You will be the heart of the service, inspiring and driving excellence of every aspect of the centre operations. This is also a great opportunity for an Assistant Director with Acting Director experience to step up in their career. The Role As a Centre Director, your main responsibilities will include: Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.Inspire and support educators and teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.Design and deliver engaging, ageappropriate activities for children''s holistic development.Prioritise children''s safety and wellbeing, adhering to policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
