OneSchool Australia Limited Scarborough NSW We are seeking a Specialist Learning Support Teacher for our Illawarra Campus to commence in Term1, 2026 on a fulltime, permanent basis. Youll be working with students across both Primary and Secondary levels, from Years3 to 12. About you All applicants will need an excellent understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus, be an NSWregistered teacher, and have relevant teaching and tertiary qualifications. As a Learning Support Teacher, you will be skilled in identifying and evaluating student needs, differentiating instruction across all parts of the learning spectrum, collecting and analysing data, creating and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs), and providing professional guidance to staff. Experience working with students with ASD is essential, and the ability to effectively engage and support teenage boys is highly regarded. Experience working with students who have identified and diagnosed highneed autism, including students with Level3 ASD, and/or experience developing and delivering Life Skills programs (including programming life skills as part of the role) will be highly desirable. You will respond to data through intervention programs and differentiation of content in consultation with the Campus Student Support Lead and subject teachers. You will also provide training and support to teaching and support staff in areas that enhance quality differentiated teaching and supplementary support. The role involves providing targeted support to students during lessons and study time both in general and specialist learning environments, including online (Zoom).
