Data Officer - Psych Services for Underserved or Hard-to-Reach Populations Part-time (0.8FTE) position until 30th June 2026 (possibility for an extension) Based from our Gympie, Hervey Bay or Rockhampton office + Work from home (WFH) $42.84 per hour + Super + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging up to $18,550 Each is proud to be the Lead Agency of the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Suicide Prevention (MHAODSP) program, an initiative delivering comprehensive, integrated and personcentred care across the CCQ region (Central Queensland, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast). Collaborating with 9 partnering organisations, the aim of this service is to address service gaps by enhancing accessibility and integrating primary mentalhealth care, AOD, psychosocial support and early intervention and prevention through a multidisciplinary, personcentred model of care. Job Description Reporting to the Outcomes and Digital Systems Manager, you will support the Psychological Services for Underserved or HardtoReach Populations (PSUHRP) programme. The programme delivers shortterm psychological therapies to individuals in rural or remote areas as well as those encountering cultural, linguistic, socioeconomic or geographical challenges. As Data Officer the position involves managing data, developing efficient data collection systems and overseeing programme administration. Key Responsibilities Use data to manage client intake, allocate resources and oversee caseloads effectively. Develop and maintain processes for internal and external data reporting, ensuring compliance and data accuracy. Proactively identify process improvements, support demand management and quarterly planning, and provide meeting support. About you We are looking for an experienced, detailoriented Data professional with a background in providing advanced administrative support to senior stakeholders in largescale enterprises and demonstrable experience as a support officer in a projectbased environment, ideally in business/IT projects. You will also have: Demonstrable experience of project controls including budgets, forecasts, risks and issues; familiarity with governance reporting and steering committee meetings. Proficiency in the MS Office suite (advanced), including experience with project scheduling (MS Project) and knowledge of databases such as Track and MS Access. Proven track record in developing, implementing and maintaining operational workflow processes. Proven ability to develop Excel spreadsheets, generate reports (e.g. charts) and verify data integrity. Proven record of checking KPIs against targets. Qualifications Cert IV in Business Administration or equivalent discipline and/or experience (highly regarded). Whats in it for you?
