Were looking for a solid, handson Site Supervisor who knows new housing inside out and takes real pride in running clean, quality sites. If you prefer not to deal directly with clients and want sites close to home, this ones worth a look. What youll be doing Overseeing multiple residential new home builds from slab through to handover. Keeping projects moving to programme by creating and managing schedules, trade flow and milestones. Running tight QA at every stage and picking up defects early with a sharp eye for detail. Coordinating trades from a reliable, established trade base. Taking clear progress photos and writing strong, clientready updates for the office team (no direct client contact). Managing progress claims and stage signoffs with accurate site evidence. Using Buildxact and/or Onsite Companion. What were looking for Current and proven experience supervising residential new builds in QLD. Trade background essential, Carpentry strongly preferred. Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (minimum requirement). Confident scheduling and trade sequencing skills. Strong QA capability with a noshortcuts approach to workmanship. Organised, selfmanaged, and reliable across multiple sites. Good written communication for detailed site notes and updates. Comfortable with construction software and mobile reporting. Location ALL builds in the Moreton Bay Region, QLD. 26 current builds with tight site clusters (e.g., 16 builds in one street in Narangba, 10 in Morayfield).
