The Safeguards Team is an established Child, Youth and Family Mental Health Service dedicated to delivering innovative, best-practice care for children and adolescents aged 017 years experiencing acute mental health distress. As the Safeguards Administrative Officer, youll play a vital role in keeping this service running smoothly. Working closely with the Safeguards Clinical Lead and the wider team, youll provide essential administrative and clerical support that ensures the service operates efficiently. What You Will Bring To The Role Demonstrate high level interpersonal and written communication skills with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Capacity to work under minimal supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high-pressure, high-volume work environment, use initiative and multi-task whilst paying attending to detail, the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrate high level computer skills and accurate keyboard skills, including Microsoft office, content manager, and purchasing applications including patient databases, preferably iPM or similar and hospital-based system. Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adaptable, use initiative and work effectively. Commitment and understanding of customer service principles including demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability build rapports.
