Based in our centrally located Ballarat office, the role includes regular travel across the region and is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with handson operational impact. About the Role As a Client Experience Manager (also known as a Disability Services Manager), you are a key member of the Client Experience Team and are responsible for overseeing the delivery of highquality supports across your portfolio. Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of participants, working closely with them and their circles of support to ensure NDIS goals are being met. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Support Workers to deliver consistent, personcentred care. Oversee endtoend service delivery, ensuring compliance, quality, and positive client experiences. Support participants to remain actively engaged in their homes and communities. Identify and manage risk, while contributing to service improvement initiatives. About You You are a capable and experienced leader who brings structure, empathy, and accountability to your work. Qualifications Proven experience leading and managing teams, ideally within the disability or community services sector. A strong service mindset and the ability to deliver outcomes for clients. Confidence collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience working within the NDIS; experience in Supported Independent Living is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills and the ability to navigate systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
