This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved to the highest quality, on time, and within budget.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Staff management, including rostering, performance, and fostering a positive team cultureClient liaison and stakeholder managementBudget oversight, cost control, and reportingProject planning, scheduling, and documentationKnowledge and oversight of civil works and vegetation management activities (preferred)About YouThe ideal candidate will bring:Proven experience managing projects in environmental management, reforestation, or related industriesStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience coordinating staff and managing budgetsStrong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilitiesExcellent communication, writing, and stakeholder engagement skillsKnowledge of civil works and vegetation management is highly desirableExperience in rail, gas, mining, or resources projects is a plusThis is a unique opportunity to contribute to an important environmental initiative while working with a passionate and innovative team.EOI ProcessIf you are interested in this role, please submit your expression of interest, including a brief summary of your experience and suitability for the position.
