Job Description

OTE: Up to $150,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission) Location: Sunshine Coast QLD or Regional Australia (flexible for the right person) Land Watch Australia is the leading provider of solarpowered security camera systems for rural Australia. Our systems are already protecting some of the largest cattle stations, cropping operations, and agricultural businesses in the country. This isnt a startup experiment or an untested product. Were established, proven, and growing fast and were looking for an experienced agricultural sales professional to help us scale further. Why this role exists Demand for our systems continues to grow across rural Australia. We already have: A strong inbound lead pipeline An established national brand in the ag sector Longstanding relationships with major agricultural families and enterprises What were missing is another sharp operator who already understands agriculture, knows how farmers buy, and can turn conversations into longterm clients. This role will suit you if Youve spent years selling into agriculture not learning it from a brochure. Youve sold products like: Tractors, machinery, irrigation Agtech or rural services Youre just as comfortable sitting in a boardroom table as at a kitchen table, talking realworld problems, and building trust that lasts years not weeks. What youll be doing Managing and converting qualified inbound leads Building your own pipeline through industry relationships and referrals Attending industry events including field days and conferences in your territory/industry Completing site visits and property walk overs Running discovery conversations and solution presentations Recommending practical, fitforpurpose security systems for rural properties Developing longterm relationships with property owners, managers, and ag businesses This is a fullcycle sales role with strong support behind you not a churnandburn call centre. Earnings & structure (clear and honest) Base salary + uncapped commission 5% on companygenerated leads 10% on selfsourced leads (if you bring in the lead, you should be rewarded for it) Top performers are currently writing $2M+ in annual sales Experienced ag reps with existing networks should realistically expect to reach this level after the first year We reward initiative, relationships, and results. Qualifications Proven experience selling into the agricultural sector Genuine passion for agriculture and rural Australia Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills Comfortable working autonomously and being accountable for results If you dont have real agricultural sales experience, this role wont be the right fit. Nice to have Existing producer and agindustry contacts Experience with highvalue or technical products CRM experience (Pipedrive a bonus) Regional or rural background Final word An untested product Endless internal meetings Or a job where effort isnt rewarded This wont suit you.
