Location: Shepperton, VIC. MATelec Australia is a significant player in the industry, sourcing, designing, manufacturing, and distributing an exceptional range of electrical products throughout the Oceania region. The manufacturing facility located in Shepperton, Victoria, has the capability to design, engineer, manufacture, and deliver our range of products, both locally and abroad. Responsibilities Responsible for the production process of metal and/or poly enclosures, including planning, coordinating, and optimizing performance. Oversee enclosure fabrication, component assembly, and quality control to comply with Australian Standards. Coordinate with design teams to manufacture control panels according to production work orders. Skills and Experience Relevant bachelor''s degree or higher qualification. At least 23 years of work experience in a similar role. Technical proficiency and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Problemsolving orientation.
