About the Role As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking division, youll play a key role in helping customers with a seamless banking experience. Youll meet each customers endtoend financial needs and goals across transaction activities, conduct needsbased conversations, and educate them on the financial solutions available, including digital channels. This role is primarily branchbased and requires delivering a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied but become strong advocates for ANZ. You will be part of a collaborative team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.
