Support Coordinator (NDIS) Temporary Maternity Leave Contract | Full Time Join our team at TKCC and make a meaningful impact for NDIS participants.We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Coordinator to join us on a full-time temporary maternity leave contract. About the Role As a Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in: Working collaboratively with participants to implement their NDIS plans and achieve their goals. Coordinating, engaging and monitoring service providers and mainstream/community supports. Supporting participants to build capacity, resilience, and confidence to make informed decisions. Providing advice on navigating the NDIS environment, funding, and service options. Completing all required administrative duties, including progress reporting, budget tracking, service bookings, and case documentation. Maintaining strong working relationships with internal team members, the Office of Public Guardian, Public Trustee, NDIA, and local service providers. Contributing to continuous improvement, organisational goals, and quality service delivery. To be successful, you will have: A tertiary qualification in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, or related experience. Minimum 2 years experience in Support Coordination, disability, or mental health services. Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, Quality & Safeguards, reportable incidents, and the NDIS Price Guide. Demonstrated case management experience, including planning, implementing, and reviewing service plans. Ability to work autonomously, meet targets, manage competing priorities, and problemsolve complex issues. Excellent relationshipbuilding skills with participants, providers, and stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office, NDIS systems (PRODA, MyPlace), and client management software. A current Ochre Card (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, First Aid Certificate, COVID19 vaccination evidence, NT Driver Licence, and reliable vehicle. Desirable: Experience supporting participants with high/complex needs, mental health conditions, behavioural challenges, or families/carers.
