You will be the engine room that keeps loans moving from submission to settlement, and you will also be the voice that reconnects with existing clients to help them with their next move. It is part operations, part relationship building, and entirely about adding value. What You Will Do Loan Processing Track loan applications from submission through to settlement. You are the link between clients, lenders, brokers, and the support team. You will call, email, and text clients with updates, liaise with lenders and conveyancers, keep everything moving inside the CRM, and spot issues before they become problems. Every loan that settles on time has your fingerprints on it. Client Relationship Calls Make 30 to 40 outbound calls per week to existing clients who have recently had their loans repriced. These are warm conversations with people who already know and trust the business. Your role is to check in, see how they are going, and offer them the opportunity to book a call with a broker if they want to explore their options. No hard selling. Genuine connection and service.
