We are currently seeking applications for a Quality & Compliance Manager position working across our two Residential Aged Care facilities in Deloraine. Kanangra and Grenoch are close-knit facilities with 48 and 46 beds, respectively. We are a small rural community-based NFP organisation. If so, we would love for you to join our team as a Quality & Compliance Manager. This is a newly created position to focus directly on ensuring quality and compliance functions within Aged Care Deloraine. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards our residents and their families expect. Both facilities are currently fully accredited until 2027 with extensive work previously undertaken to ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Act and the Strengthen Aged Care Quality Standards. Some of the key responsibilities include: Conduct audits against residential aged care accreditation standards. Monitor compliance with aged care quality assurance frameworks including internal audit schedules, and follow up any issues identified. Assist in developing and implementing projects, policies, and best-practice processes. Oversee and manage the incident and quality management systems at Aged Care Deloraine. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, embedding best practices across our two residential aged care facilities. Support our management team in risk identification, mitigation, and trend analysis. Prepare for external regulator visits, including reaccreditation. About you: Strong IT and information management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Aged Care Standards, the Aged Care Act, Residents Rights, Documentation Standards, and other relevant legislation and codes of practice.
