General Services Superintendent - Electrical Monitors and directs subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractors'' management staff within the area of responsibility. Role supports on large projects of high complexity with multiple stakeholders involvement. Planning Reviews and monitors subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, and material and equipment requirements. Reviews and approves where necessary, subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements. Leads the construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure they coincide with the overall established schedules. Safety / Quality Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements Implements and enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management. Technical Works with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents Coordinates engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.
