Laborers & Packers Craig Mostyn Group Leading food and agribusiness in Australia. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Linley Valley Pork team. Responsibilities Handle pork products safely: trimming, slicing, basic butchering tasks (removal of bones and excess fat). Prepare and process meat products to AusMeat standards as part of a team. Operate production machinery such as infeed systems, carcase scanning equipment, stringing, netting, and strapping machines. Assist with quartering (splitting of carcasses) and transporting carcasses, including pushing sides. Perform packing, bagging, labeling, and general laboring duties as required. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times, including proper use of PPE. Keep work areas clean, including floor cleaning and washdown tasks. Sharpen knives as required using stone and steel (desirable skill). Follow all safety rules and animal handling requirements to ensure humane and compliant processing. Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders, contributing to a reliable, enthusiastic, and safety-focused work environment. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in daily tasks. Have working rights for Australia and not need sponsorship.
