Why this senior role matters Senior Therapists play an integral role in shaping the clinical heartbeat of Motivate Kids. You will provide high-quality therapy, support therapists through supervision or mentoring (depending on interest), and contribute to the development of programs, frameworks, and service innovation. You will work in our purpose-built, award-winning Broadview studio, a space intentionally designed to support regulation, creativity, and therapeutic excellence with comprehensive admin support so your time is spent doing what matters most. What the role includes This role can be shaped to your strengths, areas of expertise, and passion for program design or service innovation. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will: Deliver advanced paediatric occupational therapy using evidence-informed, neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide supervision, mentoring, and clinical support to therapists (or step into this gradually if preferred). Lead or contribute to clinical projects, program development, or speciality pathways (e.g., groups, workshops, intensives, assessments, preschool and school consultations). Participate in case discussions, complex clinical reasoning, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Support the embedding of quality, safety, and consistency across practice. Contribute to service improvement frameworks and clinical initiatives. About you You are an experienced Occupational Therapist who: Holds AHPRA registration and brings at least 35+ years of paediatric experience. Has strong clinical reasoning, especially in sensory intervention, regulation, developmental practice, attachment, or similar frameworks. Values team collaboration, reflective supervision, and mentoring others. Enjoys contributing to systems, frameworks, and consistent practice. Thrives in a neurodiversity-affirming, child-first, relationship-centred environment. Brings warmth, professionalism, curiosity, and integrity to your work. Must have Australian work rights or permanent residency.
