Responsibilities Lead and develop the team and support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operations of the restaurant. Lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feelgood customer experiences through every interaction. Use strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down while improving the customer experience and maintaining our high standards. What Youre Looking For Expert multitasker who thrives in a fastpaced environment. Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry and strong commercial acumen. Ability to translate direction into action, lead, inspire and support the crew to be at their best every day. Committed to continuous improvement while always championing the customer experience.
