Job Details Location: Colac onsite Hours: Monday 8:45am 5:15pm (parttime, ongoing role) Hourly base rate: $29.70plus a taxreducing salary package About the Role We are looking for a retail leader to manage our shop, inspire a team of staff and volunteers, drive sales and create a memorable experience for customers. This is a unique opportunity for a retail superstar to grow a community business. Your Responsibilities Lead a volunteer team to deliver memorable customer experiences Strive for, meet and beat sales targets Train and support our dedicated volunteers About You You are an inspirational leader, known for communication and coaching.
