We are looking for supportive and outgoing Customer Service Officer to be the friendly face and first point of contact for MatchWorks, supporting participants and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. What youll do As a Customer Service Officer in our team youll: Support participants with information, appointments, and access to tools to help them job search. Create a friendly, welcoming and warm experience for participants and visitors. Handle admin essentials data entry, filing, scheduling, and keeping systems up to date. Work closely with your team to share ideas, improve processes, and celebrate wins together. What youll bring Strong people skills youre approachable, positive, and calm even on busy days. Great multitasking skills and an ability to juggle admin, calls, and facetoface support with ease. A team player attitude as someone who genuinely enjoys supporting colleagues and participants. (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
