About the Role As a Vineyard Operator, you will be responsible for daytoday vineyard operations across the Dorrien Estate sites. You will work closely with the Vineyard Manager and other operators, assisting with vineyard operations. What you''ll do: All tractor operations, including spraying, mowing, canopy management and harvest activities. Daily equipment cleaning, routine and preventive maintenance. Compliance and record keeping. Maintenance of vineyard sites, including surrounds, facilities and reserves. Active OH&S and continuous improvement participation through safety meetings, toolboxes and inspections. What do we need from you Previous experience in vineyard operations or related agricultural experience. Current forklift licence highly desirable. Flexibility to adapt to different work environments and vineyard sites. Willingness to work shiftwork, long hours and weekends for the duration of vintage and other peak periods. Ability to work autonomously and problemsolve as required. Ability to safely lift and carry heavy items, and drive for extended periods, including on rough terrain. Can work as part of a team and contribute to a positive team culture. What''s in it for you?
