About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic and servicedriven Food and Beverage AllRounders to join our team on a casual basis, with the option to work parttime. In this role, youll assist with food preparation, breakfast and room service delivery, cafe duties, and general bar and beverage service. Youll work closely with management and other team members to maintain high standards and provide a welcoming, memorable experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures and maintain clean, neat work areas. Prepare food independently for conferences, breakfast, room service, and cafe operations. Prepare simple conferencestyle food such as fruit platters, pastries, sandwiches, and wraps for groups of 120 people. Assist with preparing basic breakfast items as part of morning operations. Deliver food to guest rooms and ensure timely service. Liaise with management regarding cafe duties and operational requirements. Take and prepare orders for guests, including cash handling. Monitor and maintain cafe stock, contribute to cost control, and support wastereduction efforts. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs). About You: Previous experience in a similar Food and Beverage role in a 4star+ hotel essential. Current RSA required. Positive, proactive, and guestfocused attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, wellpresented, and flexible to work mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Confident in preparing simple food items for conferences, including fruit platters, pastries, sandwiches, and wraps. Comfortable preparing basic breakfast items as part of daily morning service.
