About the Role We are currently seeking motivated, detail-focused cleaners to join our team on a casual basis, with genuine opportunities to progress into permanent part-time or full-time roles for the right people. This role offers variety and flexibility, with work across residential, commercial, post-construction, and specialised cleaning sites throughout George Town, Launceston, Devonport, the East Coast, Southern Tasmania, and surrounding areas. No two days are the same, but our expectations around quality, presentation, and professionalism always are. Youll follow clear instructions and checklists, work to defined standards, and take pride in delivering consistently excellent results. If you enjoy handson work, visible outcomes, and be part of a fun team, youll fit right in. Experience in highend postconstruction cleaning and window cleaning is highly regarded. Scope of Work Depending on the job, your duties may include: General and detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties Postconstruction and handover cleans Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and hightouch surfaces Presentationfocused cleaning for client handovers Safe use of professional cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with WHS requirements Cleaning in executive and professional environments where attention to detail is essential and consistency is critical Work may be completed independently or as part of a small, supportive team. This is a physical, active role suited to people who enjoy staying busy, taking pride in their work, and seeing the results of their effort at the end of the day.
