About You You must be experienced in delivering varied lifestyle programmes and comfortable with learning new technology to make a difference to our residents'' physiological, physical and emotional wellbeing. Previous experience in a similar position as a Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant is desirable. Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) is a minimum requirement. Preferred: Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent, or Cert IV in Ageing with significant lifestyle experience. Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
