Your Essential Requirements and Key Responsibilities To be considered for this position you must: Hold a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification. Have a strong commitment to child safety a zero tolerance to harm or risk of harm to all children and a commitment to a culture of reporting. Possess a Current Working with Children Check NSW along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates. Show passion for Early Years learning and development, aligned with Tillys values of professionalism, highquality care, inclusivity, supportive relationships, unique learning environments and playbased learning. Have knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain a high professional standard.
