Location: St PetersEmployment type: Permanent PartTime Benefits: Notforprofit salary sacrifice benefits available up to $15,899 Responsibilities Preparing and dishing up meals in accordance with our food quality standards and residents'' dietary requirements. Support the implementation of dining initiatives to enhance the resident experience. Maintain food quality, safety, and presentation standards in collaboration with the team. Engage with residents during meal service to ensure their dining satisfaction and comfort. Adhere to infection control, manual handling, and WHS procedures in accordance with our policies and procedures. Work closely with team members to provide excellent customer service to our residents. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Experience preparing food for diverse dietary needs, including allergensensitive, customised, or texturespecific meals, gained in hospitality, catering, or similar environments. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to the preparation of texturemodified meals and specialised diets through training and support provided. A focus on innovation, aligned with our organisational values of courtesy and kindness. Ability to adapt and bring transferable skills from highend hospitality or other culinary settings. Preferred Qualities Understanding or experience of the Aged Care sector, especially the Aged Care Standards and dietary management. A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to apply).
