Job Title

Responsible for assisting the Trainer and Assessor with delivery of quality Vocational Educational Training (VET) and conducting Assessments within the relevant field of delivery in a range of contemporary settings. Responsibilities Assist trainers with the training, facilitation and feedback that engages and supports the student to progress through their course as per their training plan and or course schedule Assist to engage and retain students so that they successfully complete the course Supervising students as they undertake their practical training onsite. Provide shuttle runs for students from the train station to the closest practical training site Update and maintain industry currency relevant to the course being delivered and assessed Undertake all professional development required by the organisation and to retain industry currency Undertake professional development in the skills of Training and Assessment Maintain a Professional Development Log and trainer skills matrix as required by the organisation Attending team meeting when required or requested To present TAG in a positive and professional manner in all dealings with other agencies, residents or other stakeholders Assist to ensure a safe environment at all times and all HSEQ responsibilities are adhered to. Opportunity to upskill in Cert IV in Training & Assessment will be provided for the right candidate with industry experience Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in a similar role. Relevant qualifications or mapped industry experience in the qualification being taught Ability to work and coordinate small teams Ability to supervise and manage small teams Ability to understand and interpret Government Guidelines and Regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
