We are looking for an ambitious and outgoing individual who can demonstrate: A passion for the motor vehicle industry with a cando attitude Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with enthusiasm The ideal applicant will be responsible for the following: Manage an effective and efficient operation of the parts department. Answering Parts enquiries via telephone and email and interpreting to achieve optimum results for the business and the customer. Parts interpreting for Workshop, Retail and Trade customers. Liaise with our Wholesale Parts department and provide assistance where required. Maintain stock levels, ordering and inventory accuracy. Support commercial growth, margin improvement, and parts sales initiatives. Improve processors and compliance.
