This is an exciting opportunity to join Zoe Support Australia as a Family Day Care Educator. As a Family Day Care Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education and care in a home-based setting. This full-time role is based in Mildura, VIC 3500. Family Day Care Educators are engaged under an agreement with Mildura Rural City Council (MRCC) as the registered Childcare Provider. Key roles and responsibilities Establish and maintain the Family Day Care residences for provision of Family Day Care at a Zoe Support Centre Providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5 years Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework Building strong relationships with children and their families to support each child''s individual needs and development Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures related to family day care Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required Participating in ongoing professional development to continuously improve your practice What we''re looking for A minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) Demonstrated experience working as a Family Day Care Educator or in a similar early childhood setting Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create a nurturing, play-based learning environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate What we offer At Zoe Support Australia, we are committed to supporting our employees and providing a positive work environment.
