Job Title

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of residential properties located on a working farm. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards across household operations, property presentation, and guest hosting.You will work closely with House Management, internal staff, and external contractors to ensure the farm homesteads are clean, organised, and consistently presented to a high standard. The role involves supporting daily household and housekeeping operations, assisting with cleaning, organisation, and presentation of the homesteads, and following established household schedules, policies, and procedures. You will assist with regular property inspections, support preparations for visits and events, and help ensure all areas are well presented at all times.The position also includes assisting with laundry services, linen management, and uniform upkeep, supporting property management and hosting tasks, and preparing healthy, high-quality meals in line with dietary preferences. You will assist with grocery shopping, pantry organisation, kitchen stock management, and maintain kitchen cleanliness while safely operating equipment. Participation in training or courses may be required to support ongoing development.The ideal candidate is reliable, organised, and detail-focused, comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
