Overview Safety and Quality Lead Patient Safety and Quality, Darlinghurst Permanent Full Time Health Services Manager Level 3. Responsibilities Partner with the Executive Director to strengthen clinical governance and quality frameworks across SVHNS. Drive system-wide initiatives that embed a culture of safety learning and continuous improvement. Work closely with senior managers, committees and stakeholders to achieve NSQHS accreditation and performance goals. Lead quality improvement projects with measurable outcomes recognised through publications and awards. Champion best practice in health safety and wellbeing to support a highperforming and compliant workforce. Qualifications Hold tertiary health and postgraduate management qualifications (or equivalent) with extensive experience in quality safety risk management and accreditation within a complex healthcare environment. Demonstrated expertise in applying National Standards (2nd Edition) patient safety programs, clinical risk identification and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong data analysis, clinical case review, project management and change management skills translating insights into meaningful quality and safety improvements. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and engage effectively with clinicians, consumers and senior leaders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, lead and collaborate in team environments and confidently use incident management, quality systems and Microsoft Office tools. Employment Information Fulltime, permanent. Salary: $127,150 $144,444 plus super. Vacancy: 1. Location: St Vincents Hospital, Darlinghurst.
