The Opportunity As Project Director, youll lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects while driving operational and business development activities within the Queensland business. Working closely with the senior leadership team, youll provide strategic direction, mentoring, and handson leadership across project design, delivery, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Leading multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless delivery across all project stages. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring highquality outcomes and repeat business. Supporting business development and workwinning initiatives across key market sectors. Managing budgets, resourcing, and project governance to ensure financial and delivery targets are achieved. Coaching and developing team members to foster capability, confidence, and performance. Contributing to the growth of the business through leadership, collaboration, and innovation. About You 10+ years of experience in project management or development management within the construction and property sector. At least 5 years of experience within the Brisbane market. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, clients, and complex projects concurrently. A collaborative, commercial, and solutionoriented mindset.
