As we continue to expand our brand and products across the globe, an exciting full-time onsite based opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Head of Customer Service (Global) to lead and drive our customer services function from the head office based in Southeast of Melbourne. You will be responsible for ensuring the global customer service team delivers exceptional inbound sales and service to customers and contacts across the wholesale, retail and e-commerce streams ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and seamlessly, contributing strong to an increase in overall customer satisfaction and Weatherbeetas products and brand loyalty. About Role Managing the team and ensuring assigned direct reports from across WB locations are working in accordance with our service standards. Demonstrating strong equestrian product knowledge. Handling and responding to customer enquiries and escalations professionally and courteously via different communications channels and meeting the agreed SLAs. Liaising with other department colleagues (local, interstate and overseas) to address the specific needs of customers efficiently. Assisting stakeholders across the Horseland Retail Network (Stores and Online) and Independent retailers who buy from Weatherbeetas wholesale arm of the business. Meeting agreed individual and team key performance targets / budgets. Demonstrating reliability and professionalism daily and leading by example. Maintaining a positive disposition and working cooperatively with all others. Supporting other members within operations/office on other tasks and projects. Supervising, training and coaching staff. Admin and system (MSOffice, Zendesk) related tasks as required and part of the role. About You Available to work full-time onsite in office and with colleagues based in different time zones. Clear and friendly communicator with experience handling volume calls, enquiries and meeting SLAs. Professional customer service experience gained with large wholesale/retail business. Equestrian and/or equine product knowledge preferred. Strong team leader and people manager, proven experience needed. Full Australian working rights. Meets the job criteria fully.
