This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires a "consultative-first" mindset. You aren''t just designing systems; you are negotiating the future state of our global technology landscape. You will harmonize disparate business units and regions into a unified, efficient, and future-ready technology roadmap. What does a day in the life look like? Shape and evolve our enterprise technology vision through comprehensive architectural frameworks, solution designs and forward-thinking technology strategies Act as a strategic partner to Business Unit leaders and Regional Heads to ensure tech investments align with commercial outcomes Mentor and collaborate with solution architects, fostering alignment between innovative solutions and our overarching architectural direction while championing best practices Spearhead organization-wide technology transformations including cloud adoption, platform modernization, automation initiatives, and seamless system connectivity Evangelize and architect the integration of AI/ML opportunities across ticketing, data, and operations to drive competitive advantage. Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to ensure project-level designs adhere to the broader group strategy. Identify legacy redundancies and technical debt, creating clear migration paths to modern, scalable solutions. About You Essential experience & skills 5-10+ years architecting enterprise solutions with a track record of delivering robust, scalable technology platforms in dynamic, high-volume environments Ideally from a "Big 4", strategy, or boutique technology consulting background with experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Deep technical fluency spanning cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, GCP, Snowflake), integration patterns, automation frameworks, and contemporary architectural approaches Industry-recognized credentials in enterprise architecture (TOGAF, cloud architect certifications, etc.)but with a pragmatic approach that favors business agility over rigid theory. The ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into business risk/reward language for non-technical executives. Highly proficient in the current AI landscape, specifically regarding how it can be applied to enterprise efficiency and customer experience.
