Principal Platform Consultant - AEM Job No : 677778 Sydney - Inner Suburbs & CBD Max Term Full Time IT Pay Band 6 Lead strategic delivery of Adobe Experience Manager across enterprise platforms 12-month max-term contract opportunity Sydney location with great WFH flexibility About the role As Principal Platform Consultant you''ll guide the strategic direction and technical leadership of our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. You''ll collaborate across teams to deliver scalable secure and customer-centric digital experiences that support enterprise transformation. What you''ll do Lead the strategic evolution of AEM aligning platform capabilities with business goals and customer needs Provide expert guidance on architecture design and best practices across Sites Assets Forms and Headless delivery Drive continuous improvement in platform performance accessibility and SEO using tools like Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with analytics identity and backend systems Champion governance compliance and secure content workflows across the platform Mentor delivery teams and foster a culture of innovation quality and capability uplift What you''ll bring Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud including hands-on delivery across web and mobile Strong knowledge of integration patterns RESTful APIs GraphQL and Adobe I/O for dynamic content delivery Experience in agile methodologies CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using Adobe Cloud Manager Proficiency in JavaScript (including React) HTML5 CSS and front-end optimisation Ability to translate business goals into scalable platform features and enhancements At Suncorp we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse talented and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate and where our people feel included valued and connected.
