Head of Operations - Collection ServicesThis is a unique opportunity for a seasoned collections leader to make an impact on the future of our Collection Services division. As Head of Collections Operations, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimising operational delivery across multiple collection sites to ensure revenue, client, and compliance objectives are consistently achieved.Through strategic direction, coaching, and leadership, you will build capability, enhance engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. This will ensure our teams are engaged, motivated, and supported to succeed, ultimately driving continuous improvement in efficiency, capability, and results. In this senior-level role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to grow market share, enhance client relationships and drive long-term success.You will be an influential leader who combines commercial acumen, operational excellence, and a continuous improvement mindset. With expertise in pricing, large-scale project leadership, and building high-performing teams, you will embed best practices, accountability, and sustainable growth within the division.If youre a people-focused leader with a proven track record of operational excellence, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Culture Lead the development of high-performing teams, fostering an engaged culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.Strategic Oversight Shape and execute business and operational strategies aligned with long-term growth objectives.Operational Excellence Establish best-practice reporting frameworks to guide decision-making and ensure financial targets are met.
