What your day will look like. Youll lead statewide physician training networks, ensuring consistency, quality, and equity for trainees. Your role involves collaborating with colleges, clinical leaders, and trainee groups to optimise opportunities and resolve challenges. Youll also drive strategic initiatives that strengthen medical education and build a workforce aligned with community health needs. You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $381,337 (L18) up to $476,304 (L27) comprising salary rates between $103.79 (L18) and $131.60 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value. Lets talk about you!
