Youll lead the centre opening, build a strong and values-driven team, and ensure high-quality education and care from the very beginning. Your Responsibilities Will Include Leading the centre opening and day-to-day operations Recruiting, mentoring and supporting a high-performing team Establishing strong systems, routines and centre culture Maintaining high standards of education, care and compliance Building meaningful relationships with families and the local community Supporting occupancy growth, engagement and long-term centre success About You Youre a confident, handson Centre Manager who thrives in new environments and enjoys leading centre openings from concept to reality. You bring strong organisational skills, calm leadership and the ability to build momentum, culture and engagement from day one.
