Position Summary Essential Duties & Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership - Drive demand generation initiatives to ensure a minimum 4X pipeline coverage at the start of each quarter, enabling consistent overachievement of sales targets. - Implement and monitor sales linearity targets (M1 20%, M2 30%, M3 50%) to drive predictable revenue flow and disciplined pipeline management. - Achieve and exceed quota targets every quarter through effective leadership and execution. - Prepare and deliver accurate weekly forecasts to the Theater GM, leveraging CRM analytics for datadriven decisions. Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams. - Partner with Enablement to achieve high participation rates in sales training and development programs, ensuring teams are equipped with the latest tools, messaging, and competitive insights. - Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across all sales functions. - Spend significant time in the field with team leaders and top sellers, coaching and supporting deal development and closure. Strategic Sales Execution - Collaborate with the Leadership Team to define sales strategy, territory prioritisation, and growth objectives. - Guide prospects through Rimini Street''s solution using a consultative, solutionselling approach. - Ensure all sales activities are current and tracked in Salesforce.com and Clari for visibility and accuracy. Market Expansion & Brand Representation - Represent Rimini Street at regional CIO and Analyst conferences, building brand awareness and credibility. - Drive new account acquisition through proactive prospecting, coldcalling, and relationship development. Operational Excellence & Culture - Reinforce Rimini Street''s unique culture of innovation, collaboration, and clientcentricity. - Lead by example, demonstrating adaptability, strong time management, and a willingness to engage in all aspects of the business. Additional Duties - Travel as needed for client meetings, team engagement, and industry events. - Other jobrelated responsibilities as assigned. Professional Experience Extensive experience selling enterprise software and services, including building new markets or businesses in startup or global enterprise environments. - Proven success in VPlevel or equivalent roles with a track record of driving strong sales results against aggressive targets. - Experience managing teams of quotabearing sales reps across multiple territories, with a focus on large enterprise accounts. - Proven success in teamselling environments and opening new accounts through proactive prospecting. - Familiarity with SAP and Oracle ecosystems strongly preferred. Skills & Qualifications - Strong sales management fundamentals, including solution selling, team selling, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce.com, Clari). - Ability to forecast accurately and manage pipeline predictability. - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop highperforming teams. - Strong organisational and time management skills; proven ability to deliver results on time. - Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced, evolving environment.
