Job Description

This is one of Australia''s most rapidly scaling trade services organisations combining premium emergency plumbing and water systems services with a highly optimised digital acquisition engine. With sites now operating across the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Newcastle, and multiple new regions scheduled to launch, the company is on a clear trajectory to accelerate from ~$900K/month to over $2M/month within 12 months. Supported by strong profitability, a sophisticated advertising engine ($150K/month spend), and an EOS-driven leadership structure, they currently seek the skills of a Head of Marketing Operations to run the marketing machine end-to-end. This role is ideal for a high-performance operator who thrives on execution, metric ownership, and building scalable systems not someone looking for a traditional creative marketing role. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will take ownership of demand generation, digital channels, SEO outputs, contractor management, tracking, reporting, and multi-site rollout readiness. You will transform strategy into disciplined execution and ensure the growth engine performs predictably at scale. Key Responsibilities - Own the full marketing operations engine across Google Ads, SEO, local rollout, tracking, content workflows and contractor management. - Drive daily acquisition performance, ensuring lead volume targets are met and CPA remains within budget (est. $200 in mature markets; $500$600 during new-market entry). - Build marketing systems, workflows, SOPs, dashboards and reporting frameworks that support multi-site expansion. - Manage all marketing contractors and partners (ads specialists, SEO teams, writers, developers, designers) with clear accountability and delivery standards. - Oversee rollout programs for new regions, including landing pages, GMB, citations, local SEO, content output, and campaign launch readiness. - Lead the marketing function within the EOS cadence: weekly L10 reporting, Scorecard updates, Rock execution, and KPI alignment. - Ensure attribution, tracking and analytics are accurate, reliable and continuously improved. - Identify issues early and drive rapid resolution in collaboration with the Founder and the Head of Operations. Ideal Candidate Profile - 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, Marketing PMO, or similar execution-heavy roles. - Proven experience driving digital acquisition through multi-channel delivery (Google Ads & SEO essential). - Exceptional project management skills with the ability to run complex workflows, contractors and deadlines with discipline. - Strong systems thinker who builds dashboards, SOPs, reporting, pipelines and scalable processes. - Commercially minded operator with a performance-first approach and confidence working with large advertising budgets. - Comfortable in high-growth, founder-led environments and capable of working autonomously in a remote-first model. - Familiarity with EOS, marketing scorecards, or traction-style operating frameworks highly regarded. - Experience in trades, home services, field services or location-based businesses is advantageous but not mandatory.
