Location: WollongongReports to: Sales ManagerHours: Part-time (3 days per week) or Full-time. Saturday work will be required from time to time. A mid-week day off may be provided when a Saturday is worked. The Opportunity They are seeking a proactive, polished and people-focused Sales & Administration Assistant to support the team on-site in the display suite. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work either 3 days per week (part-time) or full-time, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the property or senior living sectors. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming calls and managing general enquiries Managing emails and providing timely responses Being present in the display suite and greeting prospective clients Assisting with paperwork and sales documentation Updating and maintaining the CRM Providing general administrative and sales support to the wider team What Were Looking For Experience in real estate or development A warm, professional and positive attitude Strong organisational and communication skills A passion for customer service and teamwork High attention to detail and willingness to learn Someone eager to grow and develop within the industry Why This Role?
