Responsibilities Conduct holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans Supervise and support Personal Care Workers Provide clinical care including wound management, palliative care, and medication management Liaise with medical and allied health staff Ensure a positive resident experience through a residentcentred approach Work within applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards Qualifications Registered nurse with AHPRA registration (essential) Minimum 2 years of clinical care experience Strong verbal and written communication skills NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) Passionate about delivering a personcentred approach to care Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Fulltime Job Function Health Care Provider Industries Nursing Homes and Residential Care Facilities How to Apply To help improve the lives of older Australians, please submit your resume by selecting the Apply button.
