If you have a sound clinical skillset gained from on the job experience in community health, a passion for the best possible client care and would like the opportunity to expand your skills, then we have an opportunity for you. Our single goal is providing a service that improves the health of rural people and helps communities thrive, and in this role, youll grow longterm relationships with patients in the communities, assisting them by providing physical and psychological comfort and support with activities of daily living. You will be an integral member of the community and youll see not only the results of your care, but the appreciation of the community of the role you play in their health. As an important part of our multidisciplinary care team, youll deliver nursing care through a flexible service delivery model, both in community and ambulatory settings, with the support and supervision of registered nursing staff.
