This role sits within the Financial Systems and Compliance directorate and plays an important part in ensuring DCP vehicles remain safe, compliant and ready to support essential services. You will manage key fleet functions, provide FBT reporting and deliver practical project support that helps improve systems and processes. This is a great opportunity to use your organisational skills, attention to detail and customer focus to assist a busy team that supports the wider agency.In this role, you willDeliver timely fleet management functions, including accurate FBT reporting for vehicles and corporate car parking.Coordinate fuel cards, registrations, servicing and replacement schedules to keep fleet operations running smoothly.Audit log books, follow up issues and provide clear advice to drivers and stakeholders.Support the implementation and review of fleet management systems, policies and reporting tools.To be successfulYou will bring a solid understanding of government or organisational fleet processes, along with the ability to interpret and apply financial and fleet management policies. Your experience supporting projects, reviewing systems and contributing to improvements will help you step confidently into this role. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with drivers, colleagues and stakeholders to provide advice, investigate issues and ensure compliance with requirements.You will be comfortable working with limited direction while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records will support your success.
