Production & Operations Lead Step Into Management Refresh Drinks Co. is a WA-based juice manufacturer and beverage distributor producing our own brands and contract-manufacturing for partners across Western Australia. Job Description As Production & Operations Lead, you''ll be responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of production within our juice manufacturing kitchen. You''ll balance handson production work with leadership, planning, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily and weekly production activities Lead, support, and motivate production staff on the floor Work with the owner to plan production schedules and forecasts Ensure all cleaning, sanitising, and food safety procedures are followed Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) Assist in writing and implementing new SOPs and workflows Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve output and quality Maintain a clean, safe, and wellorganised production environment Step into production as required to support the team About You Experience in food production, manufacturing, or commercial kitchens Minimum of 3+ years of experience in food production, manufacturing, or commercial kitchens is required Comfortable leading people and taking ownership of outcomes Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety Food safety certifications must be obtained within 3 months of starting Able to follow systems and improve them Confident communicator with strong written and spoken English Computer literate and able to learn systems quickly Physically fit and able to lift 15kg+ Positive attitude, reliable, and solutionsfocused Why Join Refresh Drinks Co.?
