We''re a fun, and fast-growing golf entertainment venue high-tech, social, and unlike anything else in Perth. We''re looking for a reliable, hands-on Bar Manager to lead our bar team and help keep things running smoothly. We mix golf, tech, food, and fun to create a fresh, high-energy experience, and we''re looking for someone who can help us build on that. What Youll Do Be the go-to person for all bar operations, making sure service runs smoothly. Lead, train, and support the bar team to deliver great guest experiences. Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance. Manage stock, ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships. Be responsible for bar financial performance including margins, COGS, wastage, and stock variance. Ensure RSA rules and venue safety standards are always followed. Handle bar-related reports, cash procedures, and daily paperwork. Work closely with management to help with events, functions, and ongoing staff development. About You You have a minimum of 2 years bar management or senior bar leadership experience. You hold (or can obtain) RSA, First Aid, and Approved Manager certification. Youre calm under pressure and great with people. Youre happy to work nights, weekends, and public holidays. You must have full Australian working rights. Why Join Us?
