About the role: Weseekto appoint aPsychologistor qualified Counsellor with specialist knowledge of youth mental health to support the needs of young people in the Geelong Grammar School environment. This position is offered on a part-time basis 2 days per week 8.30am-4.30pm (must work Tuesdays plus one other day -Monday,WednesdayorFriday), during term time only,commencingstart of Term 1 2026. Our team of Psychologists/Counsellors provide on-site counselling to students, conductassessmentsand liaise with other multidisciplinary staff (including General Practitioners,Nursesand other Geelong Grammar School staff) tofacilitateand coordinate student access to treatment asrequired. Responsibilities: Providingcounsellingto students asrequired Liaisingand collaboratingwith other multidisciplinary staff (including G.P.s,nursesand Geelong Grammar School staff), tofacilitateand coordinate student access to treatment and positive outcomes Maintainingadequate professional records of clinical practice Activelyparticipatein meetings focusing on student management and case consultation.
