The Role As the Store Manager you will be responsible for leading the daytoday operations of the store, motivating a passionate team of brand ambassadors. You will recruit, train, and develop your team to achieve their full potential. Fostering a positive culture where all members of the team are driven to perform at their best, delivering exceptional customer experience standards and striving to achieve set targets. They are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the product offering. The Skillset The ideal candidate is goaldriven and has an entrepreneurial spirit. You are currently a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager ready to take on the next challenge. You have experience in fashion retail or a lifestyle brandor a relevant industryfrom a fastpaced environment. In addition: Have a customerfirst mindset, with the ability to create a relaxed and enjoyable shopping environment. Lead from the front as a handson leader, embodying a coaching style of leadership that influences and inspires others. Have a proven ability to deliver against KPIsboth financial and customerservice related. Excellent communication skillsregular contact with key stakeholders.
