Your Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio Rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease administration Maintaining properties in accordance with management and lease agreements Managing tenant and landlord enquiries with professionalism and efficiency Ensuring compliance with WH&S, building regulations, insurance, and legislation Coordinating maintenance, issuing work orders, and conducting site inspections Preparing and delivering regular client reports Developing new business and nurturing long-term client relationships Providing accurate, timely commercial property advice Database management, inspections, and general administration About You Minimum 2 years experience as a Commercial Property Manager A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic Confidence and willingness to engage in business development and new business sourcing Strong commercial acumen and sound business judgement Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished presentation High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional client service The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands Well-developed computer skills, sound numeracy, and CRM proficiency A proven track record of stability, ambition, and career progression Essential Requirements Current Salesperson Real Estate Registration or full licence (Office of Fair Trading) Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle Why Join?
