Be the face of China Bar Darwin CBD! We are seeking a full time friendly, professional, and efficient Wait Staff to provide an exceptional full table service experience to our guests in our busy, full-service restaurant. Key Responsibilities : Provide full table service : warmly greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve meals. Accurately operate the restaurant''s Point of Sale (POS) system for ordering and billing. Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu (including specials and dietary options) and beverage list to make recommendations. Serve alcohol responsibly in strict accordance with NT RSA guidelines. Manage a designated section of tables, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and professionally Process customer payments (cash, EFTPOS) accurately and efficiently. Clear, clean, and reset tables, and maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the dining room. Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff to ensure a smooth service flow. Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. A Certificate II or III in Hospitality is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. The ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
