Chef full time fixed term contract at Bolton Clarke. Location: Worrowing Heights (Jervis Bay) at Coastal Waters Aged Care. Contract details: 6month fulltime contract, 6:30am 3pm rotating roster, Monday to Sunday. Salary: Attractive NFP salary packaging & tax benefits. About the Opportunity As a Chef, you will provide quality food services to residents and support kitchen operations in partnership with our Head Chef. Duties Take direction from the Head Chef. Plan, prepare and present delicious, wellbalanced and nutritional meals to meet residents needs. Assist with general food preparation, kitchen duties and stock control. Purchase and order stock and equipment. Ensure all food is prepared, cooked and served in accordance with legislation. About You To be successful you need: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. Experience working in a commercial kitchen within aged care or healthcare. Bulkcooking experience highly desirable. Experience with texturemodified food advantageous. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and coworkers.
